I have preordered every year but I always chose to deliever. This year I need to get my phone earlier cause I’ll be traveling.

can I preorder Friday and do pick up in a certain store for release day?

Anyone know if citizens one still sends you box for your iPhone? I don’t want to give it to them at Apple on the 24th. I wanna make sure my stuff goes over.

So a little late to the preorder party, so ETA is now showing late October.

If I do a preorder for delivery and the phone becomes available in store before it arrives. Can I cancel my preorder and just buy it in store?

I am on the iUP so this could mess it up if i do this i think but thought i'd check in here first.

Truth is that most popular models phones will be available at store on launch. I believe last year it was same situation. On Monday after Friday preorder start store pick up was showing as unavailable and shipping was further out. Same as Friday and launch weekend store pick up was unavailable. On Monday it started showing available for store pick up again for most models. It will be probably same this year. Most likely you will be able to walk in and buy phone on spot during lunch weekend. And starting Monday you should be be able to reserve for store pick up. Regarding iUP, I returned phone on iUP and was able to get another phone using iUP immediately. So if anything I assume that if your eligibility does not reset immediately it should happen within 24 hours. Good luck.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 13 pro under the iup for store pickup. Pending they have the model I want in the store, is it an easy exchange using the iup? (i am thinking of getting the iPhone 13 pro max.)

will I get a new loan account number bc I am exchanging?

Yes, you don’t even need to turn your phone in at the store. Many people end up not ever turning the phone in and give it to a family member or sell it outright. With that in mind, yes you will have a different account number. If you return your old phone, they close that account out. If you keep it, you keep making the monthly payments on it, as well as your new phone/loan account.
