Does Product(RED) Sport Band Match the Red Dot?

I'm curious if anyone with the Product RED sport band has a Series 3 LTE ... does the red in the dot match the PRODUCT RED color?

Or match the Product Red iPhone. I'd wondered that myself to see if maybe that was the reason they chose that red.

I have seen posts on here that the new product red band they sell matches with the red dot, when the older original product red bands had more of a reddish orange tone in it.

That's a lot of bands. I have a drawer packed with bands, of all types for my five stainless models (One is Space Black). And I just ordered two More last night. That's what makes the Apple Watch so simplistic and unique to customization, is the band changing.
