I’ve been having issues with my iPhones WiFi dropping in and out, suddenly telling me the password is wrong etc. and the general advice is to reset network settings. Does resetting network settings on iPhone clear saved WiFi passwords from iCloud Keychain? If it does, will that affect all of my devices? I’m under the assumption that once reset, iCloud Keychain will kick in and reinstate all of the existing WiFi passwords.

Yes and it’s annoying af. Don’t do it until you’ve exhausted all other options.

Yes it will clear your WiFi passwords on all your devices.

I think I managed it without any erasing of passwords...

I did a precautionary backup just incase but I just turned off iCloud Keychain before erasing network settings. Then once reset and the iPhone has restarted, i turned Keychain back on and it connected to my home WiFi within about 30 seconds or so, and has done with all of my other WiFi connections as normal. So I’m not sure if what I did achieved anything but it certainly seems to have improved my WiFi issues and everything is still intact.
