does Siri on IOS 10 Smarter than on IOS 9 ?

I got an iPhone 6 and it's on IOS 9
if I upgrade it to IOS 10
will SIRI be smarter ?
Especially when driving like asking SIRI to play a song or to call someone etc ?

Running Latest os turn siri off that girl knows nothing , I depend on safari for answers and help
