I think my phone is being "hacked" because I reset all my data and wait for 2-5 minutes and my siri is using so much data constantly without even me using it. And I am on cellular connection not WiFi. I did let one of my "friends" barrow my phone and now I started noticing the issue. So I just would like to know is someone screen sharing my phone or have access to my functions?

DEAD hahah,
no but seriously, how can I tell if my phone is remotely hacked? If one doesnt want to make a serious answer please dont answer at all lol.
You can turn on iCloud syncing for Siri, so I assume there are some AI features that will be synced through iCloud apart from voice activated interactions with Siri.

As suggested above, reset your Apple ID password, and/or turn off Siri synch in iCloud.

You're phone isn't hacked. Frankly it bothers me that people believe this is even possible.
Im afraid that anything is possible these days but maybe you are right
