Is there any advantage of a 45mm over a 41mm Apple Watch other than larger, easier-to-read characters? Will the additional 4 mm watch size allow any additional complications, apps, or other features?

No difference other than the size.

I think the larger watch size has bigger battery too. So that is another benefit in addition to larger screen/easier to read text. Display design is exactly the same so there is nothing extra that you can add.

It may have a larger battery but it has to power a larger display. Is there actually a difference in battery life? (I’m not sure).

Larger size looks more powerful while smaller size will look limpy by comparison 😀

Better size screen is advantage to me. As my sight is not the best. Other wise the 41 & 45 will both be great wtches.a
