Does SSL allow others to see what domains I'm accessing ?

I use the Firefox extension HTTPS Everywhere, I want to know if anyone who were spying on me would be able to see the domains I'm accessing ?
Or is SSL only protecting the content but not the domain also?

They can see which IP you have connected to which can give a pretty good idea of what site you are viewing.
