Hi, on M1 MacBook Pro, there is a saying that we should leave 20% of disk space free to have good performance. What about the M1 iPad Pro 12.9"? I have used about 60GB of my 256GB iPad Pro 12.9" 2017. I have not done video editing on it. I may do some light 4K video editing in the future. In this case, is it better to get 128GB or 256GB? At first I though of 128GB and external SSD. However, I read that iPad OS has no reject button to unmount external storage and a YouTuber got his SSD damaged just by removing the cable. Also, I read that Apple on purpose limits the throughput of the TB4 port to make even fast USB4 SSD very slow. I have not decided yet but in case I add a NAS at home next year, will a IPP 128GB be fine?
