Does “sudo fdesetup authrestart” work on 2018 Mac mini?

This command works fine on my 2012 mini, but doesn’t seem to work on my 2018 mini. What am I missing? Thanks.

According to the man for fdesetup, the authrestart command may not work on all systems.

Looking further in the man:

The supportsauthrestart command will check the system to see if it supports the authrestart command option, however you should note that even if this returns true, FileVault must still be enabled for authrestart to work.
