    Hey all

Can anyone confirm this? I think I read somewhere that the non touch mbp uses the 1st gen butterfly switch as found on the rMBs.

    Thanks

I went into Apple yesterday to go look at the computer and they had the 12" next to it, the keyboards felt identical to me....

Thanks guys. Can anyone confirm this though? Like in terms of a spec sheet or where in the keynote they mentioned it?

Some people are saying that the base MBP uses the 1st gen butterfly keyboard, whereas the touchbar MBPs use the 2nd gen butterfly keyboard. I could be hearing things though!

Would be interested to know that as well. The list of differences between the Touch Bar model and the Non-Touch Bar model seems to grow longer by the day...
