Does the 32g iPhone use more power than the 16g?

does the battery discharge faster?
I ask because a couple of chargers on eBay say they are 3G compatible but then say they are usable with the 16g.
That doesn't make sense to me but it made me wonder if the larger flash drive uses more energy.

From everything I have read/heard, just about every accessory for the 3G works with the 3GS no matter if it is a 16G or 32G...
