Does the 6S Camera include OIS in 4K mode?

Didn't hear it mentioned in the keynote but thought I may have missed it. Does the 6S and/or 6S Plus support Optical Image Stabilisation in 4K recording mode?

Only the 6S Plus has OIS, but I don't know it it works during 4k recording for sure.

Assume not. OIS doesn't work on Samsung's flagships during 4K video but does doing 1080p
