No they dont , you asking for built to order, apple store will only carry the normal ones, Am in the same boat i have to wait 1 to 2 weeks cause i made to order a macbook pro with ssd

I can confirm this, I called the Chicago store and the guy said they won't have SSDs instore. Heck they didn't even have any new MBPs in stock yesterday. If you want it faster you could buy a standard config and upgrade to SSD yourself.
