Does the AT&T 2 GB data usage limit include WiFi?

I'm going to purchase the new iPhone with the $25 per month 2 GB limit data usage plan and wanted to know if my data usage over Wifi will be counted towards my monthly limit.

I used Wifi constantly with my other phone (at home and at work). I send and read 10-40 emails a day with some pretty hefty email attachments so if my data usage over Wifi is counted I will likely go over that 2 GB limit.

Of course not. AT&T has no control over Wi-Fi usage.
