However, it doesn’t look like this is possible. Has anyone successfully paired two Apple TV remotes?

The older IR remotes also work, so you could use that as a second or third remote. also if your TV supports HDMI-CEC, the arrow, enter, and back keys on your television remote should control the aTV.
