Does the black iPad 4 have a slate back?

I can't find any hands-on at events that show the back of a black iPad 4, they showed a white one at the Keynote.

Anyone know?
 
Was looking to find out the same thing?!? I'm guessing it doesn't as Im sure it would of been mentioned.
