Does the earlier 2020 MBP and the late 2020 MBP have the same keyboard?

So exactly when did the MBP began to have a different type of keyboard compared to the 2020 keyboard?

I've tried a (probably early) 2020 MBP of a family member back at home and I remember it having a very nice keyboard. But when I tried the MBP of nowadays at a Apple store, it seemed uncomfortable. So I thought the keyboard must have changed at least somewhat in its design between 2020 and 2025. I feel like it's shallower now.

Yes. The M1 13" MBP 2020 generates significantly less heat than the Intel sibling.
