Does the flickering & ghosting w/external monitor effect M4 Mac minis?

I recently received a Dell S2721QS monitor and have a base model M4 Mac mini on order and was wondering if the flickering & ghosting with an external monitor discussed in the link below effects M4 Mac minis?

M1/M2 flickering, ghosting with external display [Merged]

Never seen it with either of my M1 minis on any of the 4 displays… so I guess it’ll just be a “wait & see”
