Does the Genius bar replace Apple Watches on the spot?

Do you have AppleCare+? If so you can request an express replacement - They send you a replacement then you send yours back to them.

This is one of the main reasons why I continue to buy Applecare+ for some things. Express replacement is a great thing and it means I don't need to go to a store.
