Does the Google Play store charge a restocking fee for returning a Nexus 5?

    My guess would be yes if you are returning it and it has no factory defects. If there are defects and you are returning it for a refund, my guess would be no. Maybe someone with some experience can give you a more definitive answer.

    not for the Nexus 5. At least that is what was said in the Nexus 5 thread.

    No restocking fee. Must get rma 15 days from the time you receive it.

    The one kicker is you have to pay for your own shipping. So that's another $15-20 to ship it back.

    So including your original shipping fees ($10-14) plus return shipping ($15-20). You are out about $35

    shipping in only like $6-$8 most places.

    Yeah maybe $10 tops. It's really cheap.

    Maybe it depends on who you ship it through? I just shipped an HTC One yesterday through the post office and with insurance it was $15.xx. /shrug
