Does the Google Play store charge a restocking fee for returning a Nexus 5?

My guess would be yes if you are returning it and it has no factory defects. If there are defects and you are returning it for a refund, my guess would be no. Maybe someone with some experience can give you a more definitive answer.
 
No restocking fee. Must get rma 15 days from the time you receive it.

The one kicker is you have to pay for your own shipping. So that's another $15-20 to ship it back.

So including your original shipping fees ($10-14) plus return shipping ($15-20). You are out about $35

shipping in only like $6-$8 most places.
