iPhone Does the hotspot trigger in 8.1 not work?

After jailbreak, i noticed the hotspot didnt work at all, let alone the trigger. Does this jailbreak disrupt that?

i noticed that if using Activator to turn on hotspot, it does not always work, but if i manually flip the switch, it does...

How do you turn on hotspot? I just jail broke my 5s on 8.1
