The iPad Air 3 got a Smart Keyboard, but did the iPad Mini 5 get one?

No. The accessories page only has the smart keyboard for the iPad Pro and the iPad Air.

The iPad Air 3's Smart Keyboard is just the 10.5" Pro's old keyboard. The iPad Mini 5 did not get a Smart Keyboard, so it's limited to only Bluetooth keyboards. IMHO, I think there would have been a bunch of complaints on how close together the keys would have to be for it.
