Was watching TWiT video podcast on my brand new iPad 1 and got about halfway through and went off and did something else. I probably closed the iPod app too. Came back later to watch the rest and it started from the beginning. Very annoying. Did I do something wrong? For the record, I didn't reboot or sync the iPad between these two times.
