iOS Does the iPhone support SNMP?

Hey guys,

My Dad was wondering if the iPhone can use SNMP. He wants to build an iPhone app surrounding SNMP. Is this possible on the iPhone? I know in Mac OS X the extension is there and can be used in Mac Development.

There's no native APIs (though there may be some open-source ones that will work on the iPhone), seeing as its just a protocol built on top of UDP there's no reason why you couldn't write your own.
