Does the MBP16 fit inside the Apple Leather sleeve for the MBP15? The $200 one...

Do the ’rubber feet‘ coincide on both models?

Nope. I have 15" MBP and 15" Sleeve, and 16" MBP and 16" sleeve. There's a 1:1 fit for respective combinations.

From my perspective, paying the premium that it is, I want a perfect fit.

If you're looking for a nice leather sleeve that fits the 16" well, try Mission Leather Co. I had one for my 2016 13" which I adored and purchased one for my 16" as well. Very well made, and a hell of a lot cheaper than what Apple wants for theirs.
