no it will be offered to people who purchase notebooks after jun 8th for free , and to those who have leopard will be offered it for 29$

If you purchased a qualifying Mac on or after June 8, 2009, that does not include Mac OS X Snow Leopard, you can upgrade for $9.95."

This is the same thing they did when Leopard was released.
the OP wanted to know if the new MBP's come with it if you were to buy it now. and the answer is no they dont. the only people that have build 10A380 of SL are the ones that were sitting in the keynote address. Thats it. people buying them today until september are not.

It doesn't really matter what you say the $9.95 that you will be paying is for. The point is, it will cost $9.95.
Just admit that you're wrong. Everybody will forgive you. You're still paying $9.95 whether you like it or not.
