Does the sims 3 work on a mac ox s 10.4?

    Hey I'm thinking about getting the sims 3 but I dont know if its going to work for me. Let me know if it will work. :p

    The requirements can be found on the game's website. That was easy.

    So the answer is no. You need to upgrade to Leopard or Snow Leopard.

    Buy Leopard, or if you have an Intel Mac (all Macs introduced since 2006), get Snow Leopard.

    Ah, as the specs say, you have to have an Intel Mac anyway. So you could buy Snow Leopard and install that or get a RETAIL copy of Leopard via eBay.


    To find out what Mac you have, find the Model Identifier and check it with the following page.

    Buy a copy of Snow Leopard. It's $29.

    What Mac do you have? You need to buy the newer version of OS X

    I have a iMac5,1 I'm pretty sure my lap top has leopard but I have to get a new charger for it
