Does the time flash the colon?

I've got an Apple Watch Sport and on the main clock (factory default) does your colon flash between hour and minutes? If so, is there a way to make it solid or does it always flash?

I had to look because I had never noticed. Yes, mine flashes. I don't see a way to keep it from flashing. Is it that annoying?

No, Its not annoying. I like the clean look of all white letters and just wanted to know if I could choose to stop the Flashing colon. No big deal.
