What I mean by that, is that I have gotten into running a few times over the years, and have found apps like, "Couch to 5K" etc etc very useful. As a beginner when it comes to running, I like these training apps, that help you build your runs over time. I find without them, I go for a run way to fast, and 10 minutes later i'm dying, and not at all enjoying it, so I tend not to go again. Has Apple implemented anything like this into the watch? Some kind of coaching?
