There are already a couple extensive threads about this issue...but no, there are no issues with the white iP4.

It doesn't since it's glass and the white is under the glass. However if it did, I'm 100% certain Apple would replace it.
 
It is not exposed to air because it's under the glass. Therefore it will not change to yellow on it's own. 🙄
 
I've had a naked iPhone 3G for the past 3 years.

No yellowing.
No cracks.
No damage.

None at all.

If you are worried about any of that happening with an iPhone 4 or 4S, your chances are very slim to none, unless you do something amazingly stupid.
