Yes it is bent, look at the lower volume button. See the offset? Your phone is bent. If you don't believe me then lay it face down on a flat surface and it will rock. I would bet money that this one in the picture is bent. It's very easy to see.

You don't need to put it face down either, just put it on its back on the kitchen counter such that the camera corner is off the counter, you will still be able to tell if it's bent or not based on that.

This one will rock if placed on the screen because it's bent to the back. If it was bent the other way then it would rock line you described. Look at the op's first pic to see which way the bend goes. This is the most typical 6 plus bend.
