iPod touch does this ever happen to anyone

my ipod doesn't do this anymore cause i've restored it about 3 times since this but i was wondering has anyones iPod ever did this. whenever i was in the music section, sometimes it would freeze and whenever it got unfrozen, it would go into sleep mode and when i would slide to unlock, it would be in the iPhone's iPod app (i'm on a iPod Touch). i can tell because it will have the video button on the bottom row of buttons. it's happened about 2 or 3 times. is the iPhone's iPod app secretly hidden in the iPod Touch(j/k) but why did it do this. it would stay like this until either i returned to home or put it in sleep mode.

I have noticed that before, but since I merged the Music and Video Applications into the iPod App, it has stopped. 😀​
