Does this look legit (jailbreak)

Fake.

First of all, any "high ranking Apple executive," even if operating as part of a secret dev team, would not say they are a "high ranking Apple executive."

Second, why does he go off camera to apply a theme?

Third, why doesn't he show us Cydia? "It's hidden in a folder somewhere" doesn't cut it.

Fourth, he shows GameCenter, but he doesn't show it running. It is easy to fake an icon and a label.

Fail.

I think you missed the part where it's 4:15 PM on the status bar? Then it's 7:02 AM on the "winterboard theme"? He show's the theme for over a minute and the time doesn't change? The fact that it's photo 34 of 36 when he accidentally hit the screen? Not to mention a handful of other inconsistencies.

Those getting excited about sn0wbreeze 2 must surely realize it will only be applicable to a limited user base. Must be already pwned, only on 3gs old bootrom or new bootrom with spirittopwn. Not relevant to IP4.

It's not so much that I missed it as I stopped looking, because it was so bloody obvious without further inspection.
 
I must say that this is one of the most hilarious threads I've read in a long time, just like a piece of string...

Many people in the comments are asking for a progress update. Any kind of update that we could actually give would be too technical for anyone to understand anyway, not to mention potentially reveal the exploit. Just know that things are going swimmingly and we are working as hard as we can. Any demos, screenshots, or *cough* download links will be posted to this blog before anywhere else, so keep an eye out!
