For me the best thing about the Watch is the activity tracking.
I can tell you I have never liked exercise other than a bit of free weights, and I have avoided cardio like the plague. Until Apple Watch.
Now I am walking every day, with far more regular use of a stepper. A few months ago 5-10 mins on the stepper was all I could do. Now I am up to 20+ minute sessions, and I can start to feel the difference in fitness. Only 400 cal move goal - I am 43 and until last year very sedentary.
So Apple seem to have cracked the code. I kept up at least some brisk walking exercise even though I had viral pharyngitis for a week and a half, whereas before I would have just said stuff it.
So just got a Perfect Month, and it really is motivation to keep going.
Actually there are two types of perfect month awards, and I only got one. Maybe I am too dumb to know what the difference is. They both say for a Perfect Month move goal, which I did.
I got this one...
