I'm pretty sure my logic board failed, as my mbp wouldn't wake up one day, and no help article did anything, still no chimes. I'm going to have to send it in for work, and I know most of the time they wipe your hard drive to a clean install. I have time machine set up, but will all of my sticky notes (the app, not widget) be there when I restore? Thanks!

Your Time Machine backs everything up, other then what you explicitly exclude within the Time Machine preference panel.

Ok, that's a relief. I think my logic board died, so I'm getting to my class notes (finals week, wonderful time for it to die) on a friends mac with my tm backups, but I cant find where the sticky notes (i have to testing time info in them) would be. Can you point me in the right direction?

I just created a test sticky note, looks like it was stored in ~/Library/Preferences/widget-com.apple.widget.stickies.plist
