I have a Bootcamp partition running Linux and I'm wondering if Time Machine backs it up as well? I ask because I'm installing a new HD soon and want to know if I'll lose my Linux set up?

Wirelessly posted (iPod Touch: Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5G77a Safari/525.20)

It does not back up non-mac disks. I recommend Carbon Copy Cloner to make a DMG of the Linux drive which can then be imaged to the new drive.

I have SuperDuper from pre-Time Machine days, so I guess I'll use that. Thanks.

For anyone interested, this program, WinClone will make a DMG of a non Mac partition. You can also use it to restore from that image apparently.

winclone 1.6.6

For anyone interested, this program, WinClone will make a DMG of a non Mac partition. You can also use it to restore from that image apparently.

Where can i get winclone 1.6.6 as i am running Mac OS 1.4.
Currently all the sites are for download of winclone 2.0.9 but cannot run on Mac OS 1.4. it's only for Mac OS 1.5 & above.

Seems like all download sites are making only winclone 2.0.9 available but not the older winclone 1.6.6. Can you please tell me where can i download winclone 1.6.6
