iPhone 13 Pro Does trade in go to Tmobile or Apple ?

Hello so going over the pre order page.

If I select 14 pro Max, select trade in for my 12 pro,

then I go down and select finance under T mobile.

Am I sending the phone to Apple or T mobile ?
