Just wondering.
I'm sitting here browsing on my iPad while at the same time syncing it with iTunes and I was wondering if it slows the process.
Does anyone know for sure one way or the other?

Logically, it makes sense that the syncing process would be slowed down, the computer reading and writing data while the phone is also reading and writing data is no different from reading and writing data on a USB device while also moving data which does slow down the USB device. I've noticed much slower sync when using my device especially when the device is importing large apps to the computer.

I guess it all depends on how many threads are used

Realistically, are you going to notice a difference?
