I'm buying two iPhone 4S's on Apple.com (AT&T) on my dad's account and he hasn't paid this month's bill yet. Is that going to be a problem?

If you have a past due balance, you can pay it and pre-order the iPhone 4S, all in the same call to AT&T...

Is Dad gonna be surprised when he gets the bill for the two 4S's?

Okay sounds good. Also, my dad pays for everything on my family's account, but he had to switch to Verizon for his company so he doesn't have a phone on AT&T. Will I still be able to get the iPhone upgrade? Meaning I am the primary user but everything is under his billing info

naw he's cool with it, my brother and I are paying for them.
