I'm buying two iPhone 4S's on Apple.com (AT&T) on my dad's account and he hasn't paid this month's bill yet. Is that going to be a problem?

Okay sounds good. Also, my dad pays for everything on my family's account, but he had to switch to Verizon for his company so he doesn't have a phone on AT&T. Will I still be able to get the iPhone upgrade? Meaning I am the primary user but everything is under his billing info
