So far, I think all 4K phones shoot 4K at up to 15 only. I could be wrong.

Note 4 did UHD at 30 last year, as do their latest flagships this year.

I know there are no 4K60, and seriously doubt about H.265 and VP9 encoders.

I thought there were 4K30 camera phones.
