It's pretty much the only possible reason I have for re-jailbreak-ing my phone. Any users of this jailbreak tweak here? :)

There is not even a jailbreak yet for iOS 7.

I use it on iOS 6, but as Tyler23 says, there is no iOS 7 jailbreak yet. If there is no iOS 7 jailbreak yet, that means no one is using it on iOS 7 and if no one is using it on iOS 7 then no one can tell you if it works on iOS 7.

So…you'll have to wait until there is a jailbreak of iOS 7 before you can get an answer to your question.

The iPhone 4 has a tethered jailbreak. So you could ask someone with an iPhone 4.

Even with people using a DIY jailbreak for iOS 7 on an iPhone 4, cydia and mobilesubstrate doesn't even work properly yet

Besides that, redsn0w hasn't been updated yet to support tethered iOS 7 jailbreak

I don't think he implied it wasn't? He actually suggested the opposite.

The developer could try to let a swipe from the left bottom side of the screen close an app while the right side could invoke the control center. Just an idea

Why not have Zephyr work as normal in apps (Control Center disabled)
    and...

Have Control Center work as normal in Lock/Home screen (Zephyr disabled)
