Most animals seem to be smarter and better behaved than the people I see where I live. Go figure.

Cats are generally not as loving, though.
When i go see my dog, he's always jumping around and overjoyed to see me.

When i want to spend some time with my cat, i sometimes have to make an effort to grab her out of something "she's busy with" and then after a few moments of holding her she gets impatient and wants down. Oh, gee, sorry to interrupt!

Guess there's a reason we call her "Princess" XD
