dog/pet green eye how to fix

Hi,

I tried getting rid of my dog's "green eyes" using the red eye tool in iPhoto with no luck--any suggestions?

iPhoto isn't up to it. You need some real image editing software, like Elements or Photoshop or Gimp, which I hear is free... to change colors. Red eye reduction in iPhoto just makes red tones around the cursor darker.
