Dolby Digital Plus Converter

I'm looking for an app to convert 8-channel AAC files to 8-channel E-AC3 (Dolby Digital Plus) files. Better yet, an app that'll pass through video and convert the audio.

It's tougher than I thought. There doesn't seem to be much out there. I thought ff•Works might do the trick. However, the resulting file has only 6 audio tracks.

Suggestions, guys?

I have also not found any useable DD+ encoders. HandBrake has such option as well (if you export into MKV, not MP4), but the resulting output is mute on appleTV.

Would be expected that this one is up to the task
Just a tad expensive.
