iPhone 12 Dolby Vision videos too dark?

So,videos shot on my Iphone 12 in DV appear very dark on my phone. When i go to mu gallery and the video looks ok when it is a smal tile,but as soon as i open the video to play,it gets darker. This is with night video and/or indoor videos.

is this supposed to be like this?
