So I'm done with my first full video project ever, and I'm clueless how to store every thing. I have plenty of spare drives to keep everything on, but I'm trying to figure out the best way to do it. Do I just move all the projects over? What about all the files I have in the events? Any input is appreciated.

Check your User/Movies/ folder for Final Cut Events and Final Cut Project.
Drag both into a back-up drive.

We put ours in specific folders:

April 2012 (as root)
Final Cut Events
Final Cut Projects

You can also break them down by Projects and Events but if its for back-up why bother.
