well considering america is a place where bombing a foreign country for it's oil is the "right thing" because "god" told you so, this shouldn't surprise me.

HMMM when did this turn into political bashing? I am sure schools in Can are not perfect either. Not to mention, i am sure your government does not always make popular decisions.

The IndyStar reported on its forum that the case has been dropped. That makes me feel a little better. But, that isn't enough. If there ever was a case demanding tort action, this is it....
Thank God the case was dropped. I had the exact same thing happen to me in middle school. It was the mid 90's, so there wasn't the same "violence in school" issue that we face now. However, it did help that my parents knew a few people on the school board. That and my Dad ripped the principal a new one. He basically said, "stop hiding behind your stupid 'policy' and use reason... dumbass"
