I can confirm this problem for myself on 5.0. Many people on Twitter and blogs are reporting the same problem. I haven't tried it on 5.0.1 and I won't 🙂

Excuse my ignorance but why would you use cameralock on 5.0 or 5.0.1? I thought cameralock only provided the camera icon from the lock screen, which is native in 5.0. Does it do something else as well?

It locks the Camera shortcut icon to the lock screen so no need for double tapping for it to show.
