Im just curious is there a possible tweak that can allow to split the screen into 4 different windows just like the samsung galaxy note pro 12.2 or and mimic the magazine ux feature

There was a tweak called Quasar that allowed for multiple apps on the screen but I don't know if it's iOS 7 compatible, or if even ever will be.

There was one for splitting the screen in two and running two apps but that was back when I was jailbroken iPad 1. It was called quasar.

You should definitely follow @e_swick if your looking for a quasar alternative for either ios 6 or 7.

iOS5 only, regrettably.

Currently, the only available multi-window hack is VideoPane. Much more restricted than Quasar.
