It's that time of the year. Lots of Top 10 list will be out.

"I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because some people out there in our nation don't have maps and I believe that our education like such as in South Africa and Iraq and everywhere like such as and I believe that they should our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S. or should help South Africa and should help Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future for us."....

"(I have) a wide stance when going to the bathroom." -- Idaho Republican Sen. Larry Craig's explanation of why his foot touched that of an undercover policeman in a men's room.

"I think as far as the adverse impact on the nation around the world, this administration has been the worst in history." -- Former President Jimmy Carter.

Poor Dubya, even former presidents think he sucks.

There are a lot of memorable quotes this year, but Miss Teen South Carolina has to win this contest, hands down.

One could quote pretty much anything King George II said and use it as a top ten.

hmm..

Wonder if GW is kin to the S.C Miss..

I dunno. Dumb as he is, he can still form complete and somewhat coherent sentences, even if he does have to invent a new word or two.

Personally, I like 6-8
6. "There's only three things he (Republican presidential candidate and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani) mentions in a sentence: a noun and a verb and 9/11." -- Sen. Joseph Biden, speaking at a Democratic presidential debate.
It's like the 2004 RNC.
7. "I'm not going to get into a name-calling match with somebody (Vice President Dick Cheney) who has a 9 percent approval rating." -- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat.
BURN!
8. "(I have) a wide stance when going to the bathroom." -- Idaho Republican Sen. Larry Craig's explanation of why his foot touched that of an undercover policeman in a men's room.

FLAMING!

There, fixed that for you... :D

I tend to agree, it's an instant classic you couldn't have scripted it any better.

Then it always puts a smile on my face when Ahhmydinerjacket said "In Iran we don't have homosexuals like in your country", another classic which reminds me of Borat NAAAICE :D

You know - I had actually forgotten about Ms. Teen Retard until now.

Is there a way - where I can wipe that from my mind? Like, make me think I was fishing instead? Or even getting kicked in the nutz? Anything?

Big TDI Guy, I agree about Miss Teen Retard. She's going to make someone very happy someday.

By the way, I like your signatures

haha Carter is just glad that the worst president nomination doesn't fall on him anymore.

I don't want to send this to the political forums, but...

It was a good line, but it's interesting to note that at the time he said it, Reid's approval numbers were even lower than Cheney's.
While Reid's positives were lower, so were his negatives. The biggest being in the fair category, while Cheney's are in poor. Same with Dems in Congress overall. The reasons for the disapproval is different too. I would give both low marks as well, but one is for what they are doing, the other is for what they aren't. A majority of the polls, when broken down, agree. I agree it was a cheap shot though, and Reid's actions do not match the rhetoric, but he made his point.

Actually, that was Nixon. I'm sure there are a few others in there, maybe like Garfield and Harding. But I won't say that Carter isn't near the bottom. Again though, because of what he didn't do, not what he did, but down there nontheless.

Of course, I'm one of the few who feels bad for Teen Miss Whatever, so what do I know.
